- 3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breästs cut into thin slices
- 10 ounces fresh egg noodles pre-cooked
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced yellow onion
- 1/2 cup shredded or julienned cärrots
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup shredded cäbbäge
- 1 teäspoon minced gärlic
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 täblespoons hoisin säuce
- 2 täblespoons soy säuce
- 1 täblespoon sesäme oil
- 2 teäspoons cornstärch
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion tops (only the därk green pärt)
